About

MYRA was built on a simple conviction that the best projects are delivered when the most experienced people are closest to every decision, from the first conversation to final settlement.

With over 20 years across some of the world's leading developers and advisory firms — including Lendlease and KPMG — Michelle brings large-scale project delivery, board-level leadership, and the stakeholder capability to unlock complex sites, working constructively with government, councils and joint venture partners.

Deliberately small by design. Senior experience applied directly to every project means faster decisions, earlier risk identification, and the ability to act on opportunities before they are lost. No delays. No delegation. No cost of getting it wrong.

MYRA is actively acquiring land, structuring capital and delivering projects across south-east Queensland.

Lived experience across multiple property cycles and asset classes. Rigour in every assessment. Discipline in every decision.

Our Approach

Tier 1 thinking.
Entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Consistent senior-led delivery

Every project is managed directly at the most senior level — not delegated to a revolving door of staff. Every decision carries genuine accountability from someone who has operated at the highest level of the industry.

  • Risk before reward

A background in finance and development, across multiple cycles and asset classes has instilled a simple discipline in our approach. The unglamorous work done properly: the feasibility, the structuring, the briefing, the stress-testing. Rigour in every assessment. Getting that right is what makes the upside possible.

  • Invested in the outcome

Where the deal suits, MYRA co-invests alongside partners. We find sites, take on risk, and deliver the project with our own capital alongside yours. That alignment changes how decisions get made and projects are managed.

  • Flexible by design

Acquisition. Joint venture. Structured partnership and management arrangements. MYRA's approach is shaped and led by the opportunity - not constrained by a preferred deal or corporate structure.

  • Every asset class. Every scale.

Michelle's experience spans a vast array of asset classes including masterplanned communities, apartments, townhouses, retirement living, commercial office, retail, infrastructure and public realm. This provides a truly independent assessment of sites and development opportunities, unconstrained by experience dominated in a single asset type.

  • Legacy & community

Development done well leaves a lasting contribution to the communities it creates. The streets, parks, buildings and neighbourhoods delivered today will be lived in — by families finding their first home, businesses building their future, and communities taking root — long after the development is complete. That responsibility is embedded in how every project is planned, designed and delivered.

Our approach has been formed through delivering some of Australia's largest and most complex development programmes — masterplanned communities housing tens of thousands of people, major urban regeneration precincts reshaping city neighbourhoods, and critical infrastructure projects that will serve Queensland for generations.

For Landowners & Capital Partners

A partner you can trust with your asset.

Modern city skyline view from a spacious apartment with a living room, dining area, and balcony. The room features neutral tones, a large white curved sofa with pillows, a round marble coffee table with decorative items, and a dog lying on the sofa.

MYRA was built for exactly this relationship. At the intersection of financial advisory rigour and hands-on development delivery — the discipline to assess opportunity the way an investor would, the capability to execute the way a Tier 1 global developer does, and the speed and conviction of a private business to make it happen.

When MYRA partners with a landowner, capital partner or investor, our interests are genuinely aligned. We co-invest where the deal suits, focus on one or two projects at a time, and bring the full weight of senior experience to every decision. That focus and alignment means our partners consistently get more from the deal — not just financially, but in the quality and certainty of the outcome.

“The person you meet at acquisition is the person who delivers and settles the project.”

Our Network

MYRA works with a carefully curated network of senior professionals who have spent their careers at the highest levels of the industry — across some of Australia's and the world's most significant development, infrastructure and advisory organisations.

These are architects, builders, town planners, sales professionals, financiers and capital partners who chose a different path — not because they stepped back from the industry, but because they wanted to step closer to the work they do best. People who have operated at Tier 1 level and hold themselves to that standard on every project, regardless of scale.

High quality people gravitate toward each other. That is the foundation MYRA is built on — a network defined not by size, but by integrity, capability and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes, no matter the size of the project.
